It was generously packed with sparkles, so it had the effect of a glittery polish with a smoother finish.At the end of 2014, ILNP released their Ultra Chrome Flakie collection. These flakies are also known as "Ultra Chameleon Chrome" (UCC) flakies. In 2015, UCC flakies would be featured in numerous indie brands.
