When you regain control, the game will key you in on the Update Data feature. If you haven't already used it, you can retrieve data from the internet by going to "Update Data" from the save menu. To start things off; make your way to the top-right corner to discover a flight of stairs leading down to an isolated room. As you turn the corner towards the chest, make sure to run as you turn or you'll get blasted by black gas from the statue ahead, causing blind to all characters. Open the chest to find a Star Pendant (negate poison).
