An Oswego man was arrested by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office and U.S. Marshals Thursday from the 5400 block of Route 34. 50-year-old Jeffrey Limacher, of Oswego, is charged with child photography by a sex offender, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, and unlawful communication with a child. The Kendall County Sheriff's Office says Augustine Limacher was born on 27 August 1885, in Entlebuch, Lucerne, Switzerland as the son of Joseph Limacher. He married Margaret Bryce Crawford on 6 November 1906, in Llandudno, Caernarfonshire, Wales, United Kingdom. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 2 daughters.
