AUSTIN, Texas — Police are searching for 66-year-old Douglas Wendall, who was last seen in south Austin Tuesday afternoon. Authorities say Wendall is diagnosed with a cognitive impairment. Around 12:50 p.m., he left West Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located at 3200 W Slaughter Ln., on foot.
