The majority of Bristol-founded healthy fast food chain Friska has been sold by administrations Mazars LLP to a third party, with founders Ed Brown and Griff Holland taking two of the groups sites to operate under a different brand. At its peak, Friska operated eight sites across Bristol, three in Manchester and one in Birmingham.
