The travel time from Vigan to Laoag is around two hours. From Laoag, there are vans and buses serving Laoag-Pagudpud route 100-120 PHP depending where are you stopping. The vans start at 5 15 am. The schedule of the vans are almost every 1-2 hours when they get full. You can also take a bus from Laoag to Pagudpud.
