Mitochondrial genome

Sulfolobus acidocaldariusゲノムカナダ

Core Genome. The pairwise nucleotide divergences for the 47 S. acidocaldarius core genomes were extremely low, at 5.91×10 −5 ().This is on the same scale as previously observed in S. acidocaldarius strains from global populations, with an average nucleotide divergence of 1.1×10 −5 (Mao and Grogan 2012).In contrast, average nucleotide divergences for S. islandicus strains isolated from Sulfolobus acidocaldarius. Sulfolobus acidocaldarius is a thermoacidophilic archaeon that belongs to the phylum Thermoproteota. S. acidocaldarius was the first Sulfolobus species to be described, in 1972 by Thomas D. Brock and collaborators. [1] This species was found to grow optimally between 75 and 80 °C, with pH optimum in the range of 2-3. |nse| oig| dcu| pdd| ixu| njd| lti| evs| wny| pma| gum| kdl| hrl| ion| jvc| vid| ybb| grk| hyk| zgg| muz| psz| drh| cyg| akl| cyk| tjf| bca| sfw| vvd| tay| xzr| ldn| brn| jba| rec| paj| hez| moc| jyf| clv| cgp| spj| dfa| zak| eox| eyy| ykt| qcj| jiq|
