Yes. go during the week if you can. If you can't then just get it to go, way quicker, no waiting 2 hours. They don't really have many tables anyways so to-go is honestly better. Heritage is good food but in general the price of things and the wait is overrated. I was told Truth is THE barbecue spot in Houston so obviously had to try it. We came right from the airport so got in around noon. There was already a line and it took maybe 40 minutes before we ordered and got our food. This is your typical bbq joint set up, order various meats and sides at the front and find a seat in the eating area.
