Lived in residence this year. I was at Nipisiy. I'd say avoid HUB. Everyone I have spoken to doesn't like it. Nipisy imo is the best but the rest aren't far off. I just like the modernness of Nipisiy it was newly renovated. It has a gym and study rooms that are new. which is very convenient. It also is the closest to the dining halls.
