3048-56. We encountered two cases of syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone (SIADH) associated with the resection of pulmonary adenocarcinoma. Case 1 was a 71-year-old female and case 2 was an 82-year-old female. Their tumors were diagnosed as pulmonary adenocarcinomas.
