1 review of Chandlers Country Cafe "Went in here on a Wednesday in the school holidays with the children. Displayed on a notice it says 'Please ask a member of Staff for the Wednesday Special' When my husband asked the woman who appeared to be in charge was very snotty and aggressive. We were put out but decided to order as we had our children settled. The onsite cafe/restaurant at Wax Lyrical is very good. We each had excellent beef baguette and turkey baguette from the specials board. Each £8.50. Good sized teapot of tea for two at £3.60. Both the baguettes were served with chips gravy and rather oddly salad garnish. The place was frantically busy.
