The Thiruvakkarai Vakrakaali Amman Temple is a 12th century temple located 30km from Pondicherry, India. It is dedicated to the goddess Kaali, known as Vakra Kaali. She is depicted with eight arms and a slightly tilted posture, having slain the demon Vakkrasura. The temple contains shrines to various deities like Shiva, Vishnu, and Shakti.
