Yeah, I found it kind of confusing. A while ago they said they would eliminate the ualberta.net accounts completely, but they just changed to downgrading those to 100mb (+ no Google apps) as well. So best I can gather is that @ualberta.net and @ualberta.ca email addresses will be downgraded. Add email accounts in Mail on Mac.
