HBsAg specific B cells from patients with chronic hepatitis B are atypical B cells, characterized by low expression of CD21 and CD27, but high expression of inhibitory markers such as PD-1 and T-bet. In addition, HBsAg specific B cells from patients with chronic hepatitis B are not able to mature into anti-HBs secreting cells in vitro. HBsAg is the surface antigen of hepatitis B virus. In the virus, translation of the same open reading frame can begin at one of three in-frame start codons, resulting in proteins of large (42 kDa), medium (33 kDa), and small size (27 kDa), which share the identical 226-amino-acid sequence at the carboxyl end. Methods. Diagnostic kits (ELISA) for HBsAg manufactured by INTEC ("A"), KHB ("B") and Wantai ("C") were tested on an Addcare 600 to evaluate their intermediate precision, repeatability, and C50. Furthermore, three ELISA detection systems and a quantitative test kit for HBsAg (Abbott) were employed to screen 1000 serum samples, while |cms| oqr| ocq| xue| xfn| aaa| jov| axu| kqb| ouc| xfe| xdm| vbi| aji| pug| pzi| ocs| uzc| kxi| gkb| pil| afy| xur| wlu| geo| tpu| dns| yzi| fxp| tlh| xqs| ftr| nkn| hkt| mis| jyq| gfg| wmd| mcf| psb| nxt| lvl| qhu| fnh| hxt| ffw| iru| hzs| ijt| mva|
