Locally, Martin was elected to the maximum three terms as the Mayor of the Village of Lawrence, New York where he Martin Oliner is an attorney who has engaged in private practice since 1972. He received a J.D. in 1971and an L.L.M. in Taxation in 1977 from New York University Law School. He has taught at both Touro Law School and New York Law School.
