Wally is in a different place in the cave. He is by the exit. Enter Victory Road from the exit hole and you'll see him standing there. I have about 50 registered matches, and I have yet to get a single Match Call. I'm about 20 hours past getting the PokéNav, so this is Pokémon Emerald - Entrycall. In Emerald, the PokéNav has been upgraded. The Trainer Eye has been replaced by something called an Entry Call. This still has the functions of the Trainer Eyes in them, but they also have another function.
