According to a criminal complaint, 34-year-old Joseph Lopez Lalo was born on April 27, 1939 in Santa Fe, NM to Tonita Mora and Miguel Lopez. Lalo was the eldest of nine children. 64 years ago, Lalo married the love of his life, Angie Archuleta on August 22, 1959. Together they have four children, Frank Lopez, Pamela Mier, Robert Mier, Dorothy Dominguez (Tom), and Nathaniel "Tano" Lopez.
