On Saturday, May 16, be at Front Street Festival Plaza at 11 a.m. when the gates open with your "let's have fun" shoes on because it is going to be a blast! Railfest 2015 is coming to downtown Texarkana Saturday, May 16, at Front Street Plaza. And besides the great music This year, RailFest includes an entire weekend of fun, starting with the Pre-Launch Concert Friday, May 10 from 7-9pm at the Arkansas Municipal Auditorium. Tracy Davis, Michael Howard, and Danny Maxey will bring three acoustic sets to the venue that Elvis, Cash, and others played long ago.
