Nitti Graycor, a division of Graycor Construction Company, recently completed a new office industrial project for The Mack Company in north Phoenix called Mack Pinnacle Peak. The project, located in the Deer Valley area near Interstate 17 and Highway 101, consists of two buildings comprised of 78,281 and 90,575 square feet and sits on 10.4 acres. Nitti Graycor completed construction of a 4,194-square-foot banking facility for Chase in Mesa, Ariz., as well as construction of a 4,374-square-foot facility for Bank One (later acquired by Chase) in Phoenix. Ground-up construction of these facilities usually includes site work, parking, lighting, utilities, landscaping and irrigation. Nitti Graycor constructed the Mountain Vista Medical Office Building - a 103,740-square-foot, five-story office building, connected to the Iasis Healthcare Hospital.
