MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Three members of an organized street gang called Traveling Vice Lords/Junk Yard Dogs, have been convicted by a jury. Office for U.S. Attorney Kevin Ritz made the announcement, in MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man found dead in a car near the Memphis airport last week was a former Vice Lords gang chief who exposed the organization in a trial, prosecutors said. Ronald Terry, known as Road Warriors: Memphis, Tennessee is a battle ground and the Traveling Vice Lords are at the forefront of the chaos. Known on the streets as the TVL's, the gang is 500 strong and rules the "River City" with an iron fist.
