Step 2 : Clean dosakai (cucumber) and remove skin, also cut cucumber in to small pieces, keep them aside. Step 3 : Take 2 tsp oil in pan and fry 1 stem curry leaves, brinjal, chillies, 1 pinch turmeric & 1 tsp salt in a closed pan in low flame. After 5 minutes off the flame and let it cool down. Step 4 : Separate them from oil, blend fried Red Chillies - 1 or 2. Oil - 1/2 tsp. Method. Peel and dice the anapakaya/bottle gourd in 1/2″ pieces. Small pieces cook quickly and completely. In a kadai/wok, heat the 1 tsp oil. Add the anapakaya pieces and green chillies. Pin. Over medium heat, stir-fry the pieces till they soften and turn translucent. Instructions. Wash, peel skin and roughly chop bottle gourd into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan to it add chana dal, urad dal and cumin seeds when it crackles and dals turn golden brown add roughly chopped bottle gourd/ sorakaya and turmeric powder.
