The Cafe Terraza we visited is the one located at Circulo Convention Center at Pueblo de Panay in Roxas City. While I don't find anything spectacular about the food and drinks the cafe offers, its location is spectacular! El Circulo Convention Center is one of the best venues in Roxas City for conventions, seminars, conferences, workshops, and other social functions (weddings, debuts, birthdays, etc.). This center is a part of a bigger plan that sees other structures built inside the so-called El Pueblo de Panay Township. I look forward to the realization of Roxas City - The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - Capiz Province and Region VI launched the Capiz Innovation Center (CIC) at The Genesis in Pueblo de Panay Township last December 10, 2020. At the same time as the launching, DTI also turned over the said Shared Service Facility (SSF) to the Province of Capiz.
