London music institution The Jazz Cafe has announced it will host its debut festival on Sunday, September 15, this year.. The Camden venue is heading south to Burgess Park, Camberwell, for the one-day event. It's headlined by Nils Frahm, who will be joined by a host of globally renowned music acts, spanning the worlds of rap, R&B, soul, house, jazz, disco and more. A lot of the jazz here errs towards the free variety, but the venue also gives a good showing to the artists mentioned in this article. Shabaka Hutchings, for example, held down a three-day Thursday 25 th July. One of the world's most recognised and prolific reggae groups, Black Uhuru, take to our stage this July for two incredible shows.
