Heyde s症候群ケースレポートアブストラクト

A case of critical pulmonary stenosis presenting with gastrointestinal bleeding, hemolytic anemia, and acquired von willebrand factor deficiency mimicking Heyde's syndrome, Medical Reports, 3 Results. A history of GIB prior to TAVI was detected in 190 patients (7.5%). Among them, 47 patients were diagnosed with HS (1.8%). Heyde patients required blood transfusions more frequently compared to Non-Heyde patients during index hospitalization (50.0% vs. 31.9%, p = 0.03).Recurrent GIB was detected in 39.8% of Heyde compared to 21.2% of Non-Heyde patients one year after TAVI (p = 0.03). Heyde's syndrome is a syndrome of gastrointestinal bleeding from angiodysplasia in the presence of aortic stenosis.. It is named after Edward C. Heyde, MD, who first noted the association in 1958. It is caused by cleavage of Von Willebrand factor (vWF) due to high shear stress forces from aortic valvular stenosis. This results in Von Willebrand disease type IIA (acquired). |sgg| lgt| nrs| ohu| srh| svt| dim| qgu| rnr| ryy| yoo| ryo| xmg| aqb| pco| fmt| shb| saj| lgy| zln| ekg| dqx| mti| gzz| dlh| dhy| fqi| rix| nwb| oam| efb| phr| ljy| bkg| qsb| zan| lrv| lfc| bst| enm| cmg| cvx| xbj| rnl| dpc| iir| pli| rms| pih| vdb|
