During Monday's meeting the Council voted unanimously to make Feb. 9 Joseph Gallucci day in Warwick. Gallucci passed away on Feb.6 last year at the age of 85. Feb.9 was his birthday. A 1953 graduate of Lockwood High School Gallucci represented Ward 8 on the Council from 1977 to 1984, 1990 to 1994, and 2015 to 2018. He served as Council Joseph E. Gallucci, Sr., Esq., 88, of Warwick died March 4, 2016 at the West View Nursing Home. He was the beloved husband of the late Lenora "Lee" A.
