The Winnipeg Folk Festival is a year-round nonprofit charitable organization bringing music to Winnipeg all year with an annual summer folk music festival held in Birds Hill Provincial Park, Manitoba, Canada. The festival features a variety of artists and music from around the world and is sure to include a number of local artists. Folk has a lot of people from all ages, in the festival campground i would say its skewed a bit younger though, primarily people in their 20's-30's id say but there's a lot of variability. the shows definitely get crowded, especially on weekend days, and the campground gets quite crowded as well but not to an uncomfortable level imo.The Winnipeg Folk Festival is back and better than ever, at Bird's Hill Provincial Park July 11-14, 2024.
