LIFT AND TABATA is a creative blend of rhythmic resistance, cardio conditioning, manageable mobility, and core strength exercises all set to the beat of crazy FUN music. Also includes some Tabata style sections. PIYO: is a total-body fitness system. It works your body from head to toe.
