I've lived in the Graduate Residence for two years now. One of the major benefits of living in the Graduate Residence as opposed to off-campus is that it allows you time to get used to grad school and campus life without worrying about finding a place off campus to live. I'm an international student and had to find a place to live from abroad The kitchens were always a mess as 80% of the residents are learning how to clean up after themselves for the first time. 2nd year ECV was a blast. I was put with roommates who i got along well with. Lots of community and activities going on.
