Our Chapters History. Epsilon Upsilon Sigma was Charted December 29, 1975 by brothers Mcfadden, Laird, Nichols, Smith and Bills to serve the western suburbs of the Chicagoland area concentrating on Oak Brook, Joliet, Naperville and Aurora.
