TNVR is the only chance these cats have of living safe, healthy lives without reproducing. Hillsborough County ACT and other organizations participate in a Hillsborough County funded program for spay/neuter vouchers for eligible residents. Vouchers include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine and county tag for a $10 fee per cat. Community or feral cats live in groups called colonies and live near food sources.
