2050 Long Range Transportation Plan. The NEPA MPO is developing its 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). The LRTP identifies the major transportation projects, programs and policies needed for the next twenty-five years and establishes the vision and goals that will guide public decisions affecting transportation facilities, infrastructure and services in the region. The It's TIME Hillsborough 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) was approved by the TPO Board at a Public Hearing held on November 5, 2019, after a few adjustments to the draft Plan. The Long Range Transportation Plan directs federal and state dollars towards transportation investments we value in our community.
