The Nexans Fun Run/Walk Series is an annual series in the New Plymouth area every few weeks on Sundays over the summer. This is a fun, all-age event for the whole family to enjoy. Whether you walk, run, stroll or plod, this series caters for all ages and fitness levels, with three to four distances from 2km to 16km at each event. Fast and slow take on the fun run or walk 2012-12-12 - The Nexans Olex fun run/walk takes place in Bell Block this Sunday. The event is hosted by Egmont Athletics. It starts at 6pm by Hickford Park. Participan­ts have 2km, 5km or 10km options which they either run or walk. The course includes part of the Mangati Walkway. This Sunday is the final Leg of the Nexans Fun Run/Walk Series in Eltham.There are 10km, 5.2km, and 3.1km distances. This is a fun, all-age event for the whole family to enjoy.
