Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan) (AY Nishz (D)) is an autonomous body under the Department of Disability Empowerment (Divyangjan) of the Government of India.The organization aims to promote and research in biomedical engineering to develop new aids and to provide research and sponsorship for the education and rehabilitation of the hearing impaired.
