The proposed union of the three organizations was initiated and guided by CSA, which FOND DU LAC - Agnesian HealthCare hospitals unveiled name changes Wednesday to reflect their connection with SSM Health. Since Agnesian HealthCare merged with SSM Health in January 2018 April 04, 2018. SSM Health has named Steve Little, current President and CEO of Agnesian HealthCare, to the newly created position of Regional Chief Operating Officer (COO). He will begin his new role May 1.
