The Main Pueblo Loop Trail is the most popular trail in Bandelier at 1.4 miles roundtrip, you see more archeological sites here than on any other trail. This trail begins directly behind the park visitor center and includes climbing ladders into cavates, petroglyphs, and a paved trail. More information can be found under guided tours. The whole experience is only a one mile loop round trip. Falls Trail: The trailhead for this one is located near the Bandelier Visitor Center and is not wheelchair accessible. At a mile and a half long, the trail descends about 400 feet to Bandelier's Upper Falls. Tsankawi Trail: This trail is 12 miles away from the main park area.
