The posteromedial corner (PMC) is a common location for knee joint pain, and accurate diagnosis is essential for appropriate treatment. The frequent causes of pain in the PMC include pathologies 76 points postoperatively and all 28 patients had resolution of side-to-side instability at 2-year follow-up. Radio-graphically,improvementswerereported in valgus stress radiographs from 6.3-mm to 1.3-mm side-to-side differ-ence.
