Cortland beat Geneseo, 7-6, to win the 2022 State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) men's lacrosse championship, Saturday at the Cortland Stadium Complex.This is Cortland's fourth-straight and 28th overall men's lacrosse conference crown. With the win the Red Dragons earned an automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division III men's lacroose tournament. Steve Beville begins his 16th season as Cortland's men's lacrosse head coach in 2022.
