The idea Linger is the restaurant with the most interesting history on this list. The restaurant is owned by Justin Cucci, a noted Denver restaurateur and food critic. The menu is inspired by urban street food in the Americas, Asia, Italy and the Middle East.The restaurant is housed in the site of Denver's historic Olinger Mortuary where the body of Buffalo Bill stayed for six months in 1917. The LoHi neighborhood is conveniently located right off of I25, close to Speer Boulevard, and is 25 minutes away from DIA. LoHi is also a short walk across the Highland Bridge. This pedestrian walkway will take you over I25 and right to Union Station and Downtown Denver.
