That number only tells you what something was designed for and when it was designed not when it was used. The date code is a shorter number like 9A23 and tells you when it was actually made. the input shaft is 1 1/16 10 spline output is 28 spline. the id tag is RUG-FP clear as day. i can not find fp anywhere on line. There is no doubt it is a RUG trans.
