Welcome to a new Trim and Tone workout!! Today we will trim and tone our entire core in just 10-minutes! This workout is going to help strengthen your core, Hold it, these are strength moves, to strengthen our muscles, now bring your leg all the way back up. And release, switch legs. Lift up the other leg, hold it up there, lengthen and stretch through the body. And bring your knee towards your chest, and lean forward, hold your belly in, and lift it all the way back up. This is just a modified Sun Salutation with six poses and some of the sequences go up to 12 poses altogether. This video clip has one round of a Sun Salutation and each exercise is done in sequence to really move the body. Try to do this flow a few times to get the heart rate up and feel great…feel stronger.
