West Wyalong General Cemetery is on the outskirts of the twin towns of Wyalong and West Wyalong. The cemetery is 2.5km NE of West Wyalong off the Mid Western Highway and 2km N of Wyalong. There are two main entrances to the cemetery on the east and west boundaries which lead to the central avenue. The Mid-Western Highway runs for 518km between Bathurst and Hay, NSW. Decent-sized towns on the route include Cowra, West Wyalong and Goolgowi. The Mid-Western Highway connects vast tracts of country New South Wales.
