It's a done deal - the Austin ISD Board of Trustees voted 8-1 on Tuesday night to accept an agreement with the Texas Education Agency that will keep a conservator from taking over the district's The Austin ISD Portal allows our community to access applications, resources and information that pertains specifically to them. The Austin ISD Portal provides a 'single sign-on' experience to our applications. This means that, after logging into the Portal, no other sign-in is required; the doors to all applications linked to your role are now unlocked. Additionally, Austin ISD is developing a Digital Equity plan to support the needs of our community. Connectivity is one component of our plan, and Project Lighthouse and the potential generated funds from the project will directly support our digital equity goals in the district.
