FRESNO, Calif. A CHP officer says Jaysen Wright, 30, was struck and killed by a drunk driver who left the scene. A newspaper delivery man discovered the man's lifeless body. The California Highway Patrol said Morgan Brown was driving westbound on the highway about 2:30 a.m. when she struck Jaysen Wright, 30, who was walking west along the highway.
