The Historic Willmore Lodge, Lake Ozark, Mo

Willmoreロッジ湖のozarks

Willmore Lodge was built by Union Electric in 1930 before work on Bagnell dam had even been completed. The building was designed by the St. Louis architect Louis La Beaume. The property changed hands repeatedly over the years before being repurchased by Union Electric and reimagined as the Lake of the Ozarks Chamber of Commerce Visitor's Center The Willmore Lodge is the near-perfectly maintained lodge that housed the engineers who designed and built the dam for the lake in 1929. The front door opens into a massive Great Room with a huge wall of glass providing a huge panoramic view of the Lake. There is no better spot anywhere to view the Lake. Plan to spend some time there.
