From big plans, Little Creatures grew. While the current owners were busily preparing a coming-of-age birthday, the creators of Little Creatures recently held a dinner to celebrate their own milestone. And as they sat around the table with most of the brewery's original directorship, Nic Trimboli and Howard Cearns caught each other smiling Perth restaurateur Nic Trimboli and property developer Adrian Fini have bought the historic Coogee Hotel. The 118 year old premises were bought from Main Roads WA for $2.3 million. They intend to embark on a restaurant venture at the 6660 sqm site. About seven years ago, Little Creatures co-founder Howard Cearns was finding it tough to sell the beer he had brewed with his mates, Phil Sexton, Adrian Fini and Nic Trimboli.
