Oriel Môn holds an extensive collection of archaeological items that have been discovered on Ynys Môn. They range from Mesolithic flint arefacts, some 9,000 years old, through to Post-Medieval objects. Many are chance finds by members of the public, which include items discovered by metal detectorists. Oriel Môn also acts as a repository for Oriel Môn will be open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm. Customers will be expected to adhere to the safety procedures whilst on site. Booking a ticket to the exhibition in advance is advisable as visitor capacity on site is reduced.
